Radovan Čerevka (SK) and Adrian Kiss (HU/RO) completely transform the space of the former Synagogue in Trnava with their immersive installations in their joint exhibition produced by the Jan Koniarek Gallery. Both artists created their site-specific works in an artistic dialogue aimed at creating
a unique, ephemeral atmosphere based on a tangible and sensory experience in the concrete physical space of the exhibition site. The common platform for both artists’ works are hills, islands and lakes of muddy clay spread on the floor of a former synagogue. This artistic intervention does not specify whether the viewer is to perceive an external or internal spatial situation, thus creating a sense of uncertainty and a transitory state for visitors
